Admissions Policy
All applicants are required to provide a complete application and other required documents at the time of registration. The following is required from both parents and students:
All students will be supplied with a list of rules that they must follow. Failure to abide by these rules will result in a meeting between parent(s)/student and the Principal. Any further failure to abide by the said rules will result in a suspension or expulsion from the program in its entirety; this will be at the discretion of the Principal.
Students will be sent to the office immediately for the following actions:
10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Both Saturdays and Sundays
Supervision
Morning supervision starts at 9:30 a.m. and afternoon supervision finishes at 2:30 p.m. For safety reasons, parents should not bring their children too early in the morning and should pick them up promptly soon after dismissal. After 2:30 p.m. there will be a charge of $5 every half hour. Supervision is Mandatory.
Absence and Early Dismissal
Parents are required to contact the office to let them know about the absence of their children before the start of class (10 am). Academic performance depends, in part, on good attendance.
Each student will be allowed to have a total of ten (10) unexcused absences before being dismissed from the program. Attendance is a very important part of learning and every student needs to be present. Parents and Students must email a letter of excused absence. An alternative is to leave a voicemail for that absence; the parents should explain the reason for absence.
School Cancellation
If the school is cancelled at any given date, we will notify you one week ahead. Regarding any unexpected cancellations (i.e. snow storm, etc), you will either receive an email, or you may call in and listen to the voice mail.
Drop off and Pick-Up
Parents must follow dismissal procedures when children are picked up at the end of the school day. It is the responsibility of each and every parent to assure student safety in the parking lot before and after School. It is necessary to abide by the following rules and regulations:
